Shoulder roasts are sold as individual whole cuts, assuming a weight of 4 pounds @ $11.99/pound or $47.96 per 4 pound roast. Final weights to be determined at butchering.

Please be prepared for a variation of +/- 1 pound at final pickup and to settle with us for over or underpayment prior to pickup. If that level of variation causes discomfort, consider choosing more determinate products including ground, sausage, and chops.

Orders will be available for pickup in Elmira, Geneseo, and Binghamton between Saturday November 4 and Thursday November 9, 2023. Regional delivery is available for large orders. Please contact us prior to ordering to make arrangements. Unfortunately delivery is not available at this time.
